Wednesday’s keiko (6 - 7:30 PM) is at the Waldorf School, November 24, December 1, 8, 22, 29 & Jan 5 - check with Lee Seaman for other dates.
Friday’s keiko (6 - 7:30 PM) is at the Waldorf School, 941 Austin St.
To reach the Waldorf School, drive east on Lakeway from downtown Bellingham. Stay on Lakeway for 3.7 miles (measuring from Ellis, where Lakeway begins). Stay in the right lane: when Lakeway forks, you want to bear to the right.
About 3.2 miles from Ellis, Lakeway changes names to become Cable. Stay on Cable.
You’ll pass the Geneva Fire Station on the right, and a conference center named “The Firs” on your left. You’ll pass through a blinking yellow light. Soon after that you’ll come to Austin. (It is also Lake Louise Road. There will be signs for both names.) Turn right.
Go 0.3 miles. The Waldorf School is on your right. Parking is available to the left of the school.
We enter the building from the rear. At present, we’re indoors.
Later in the year, when it is warmer and the weather is nice, we like to hold keiko (practice) outside. We hope to use the Waldorf School playground on Fridays.
